Personal injury matters are handled on a CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS, which means there is no legal fee unless and until we obtain a recovery for you. We will explain that further when we meet with you.

Most other matters are normally billed to you on an hourly basis, which will be quoted to you during our meeting. Before any legal work begins, we will be happy to work out a fee payment method that will be agreeable and comfortable for all of us.
